We took our computer in to have them clean out the viruses. They were fast and fairly priced; yet when I brought the computer back to our office, I found that all the viruses I told them about were still on the computer! I took it back in to them, and one of their employees tried to bully me with 'computer jargon' and insisted that they had done their job, but would look again (to humor me).
