On Feb. 3, I was told like the others consumers 2.95 is all you pay for S/H. Then on 2-13-09 I was balancing my account and 49.50 had been also, deducted on 2-10-09. I called immediately, because I had no clue about the 7 day website access. the man on the phone told me that it would take my CD 7 to 10 day to arrived but that was it. I found out all the extras on when I canceled. I was told to contact Jarvis, who is over complaint dept. by email, my email has not been address at all, I've called several times, but I'm always directed by to Jarvis who does not response. very angry and disappointed.
