Crooks! They are delaying my refund (floating my credit around like a Ponzi scheme). They claim its because of ebay but I did not buy through ebay I bought directly over the phone. They were quick to tell me they had the item in stock and quick to charge my card promising I would receive a tracking number within a day or two, TWO WEEKS LATER I still haven't received a tracking number and am having a terrible time trying to get my money back.
