On around October 10, 2008 I order a dry loop line to be installed in my home. I was told it would be installed the next Monday and it would cost 200.00. I fould an electrician that would do it so, I called ATT back to change my order to have the line punched down into the box. They could not find my original order even though I gave the confirmation number, so they placed another order.
