I tried to use my credit card to place the order for the free trial. I entered a good credit card number and it was entered accurately many times but the error message was "invalid value." Waited 45 minutes for online chat help. WHAT A JOKE. She asked for my order #. Duh, I can't place an order. She told me to "try again." What? the 20th time might work? Fix your site dummy. Then she wanted to know if she could help with anythiing else, as if she helped with this. After reading all the complaints about this company I can only say, THANK YOU defective web site!
