I order a trial size for $4.00 and they charged my charge account over $104 dollars. I never received the trail and when the product came there wasn't any paper work with it. No invoice. I disputed the charges with my credit card, so Ultra Tea froze my account and will not refund my $104 for a product that was returned to them. They say there is no record of the return. Now I am out $104 for a product I did not want and returned. They are a big rip off. I say stay away from this company!!! read full review »
