I've been dealing with this for over a month now. Plain and simple You WILL NOT get any kind of refund from this company. You MUST go to your financial institution or credit card company to take action. I had to cancel my debit card with my bank to stop the money from being taken out. FWM will give you numerous addresses, phone numbers, confirmation numbers, return merchandise authorization numbers (RMA), promises of refunds, email confirmations etc. IT IS ALL A LIE AND A SCAM! read full review »
