There has been one thing that I noticed when people complain about the bedding they purchased. I noticed that people fail to include in their complaint the full make and model of the bedding and if they purchased the mattress and box spring or just the mattress. This information is extremely helpful to the consumer. Blaming the company in full is not the way to go when you just had a bad experience with one particular model, customer service rep., whatever.
