My family and I booked our vacation in the smoky mountains online with Cobbly Nob Rentals. We booked this beautiful cabin and paid online. We received our confirmation and everything seemed just fine. Upon our arrival, we were informed that they had to switch us to another cabin because the one we booked was no longer available. The excuse they gave us seemed very odd to me, and the way they went about informing me seemed unusual as well.
