Like so many others, I have had nothing but delays and excuses when the mdse I bought was billed to my Paypal account before being shipped, was only partially shipped and the part I got was defective. After many emails, many phone calls, and many broken promises by "Debbie" I filed a complaint to the Toledo Better Business Bureau which I advise you all to do as well. read full review »
