repeatedly called to collect a mere $35.00 balance after i hadn't recieved a bill in two months. the balance two months prior was $1.49 and i suscpect they didn't send statements so they could later charge the late fees. when i asked for a statement they refused to send one, and suggested i pay for it with another credit card. read full review »
