Withdrawal of 89.31 in funds was made on my debit card. Had already rec'd refund of 29.95 from Fit Factory, but I never heard of My VIP FIt - are they related? Returned product, gave them tracking number. THREE TIMES I have been told the amount will be refunded. Have (2) employee names and ID's which are probably worthless.
