I went to the website and abandoned ship when it started asking for specific estimates. Someone from Grant Research Guide called and was so pushy that I hung up on them. A second caller phoned the next day and complimented my baby, etc. - used a softer touch and got my credit card number for shipping and handling for the free CD. Then told my about the subscription fee.
