When I signed up for pioneer telephone long distance service I was thrilled to have such a reasonably priced service that was only billed for minutes used. They offered 800 numbers as well. Great! The only problem is they continued to bill my credit card for the 800 numbers on a disconnected number for 18 months! I had contacted them after 3 months to discontinue billing the credit card and thinking that they were billing the card for my new number and changed the credit card info.
