I saw the advertisement online for a trial bottle of Acai Bery for $5.95. The product seemed to be backed by Oprah and Dr. Oz. I ordered a bottle which never came and 15 days later I was charged $88.62. A week after that I was charged $94.57 for an additional bottle, which did come in the mail. Well I freaked at all of the charges and just wanted my money back. The 1-800 number on the statement was not a working number. Luckily I contacted someone off of the website, but the phone connection was very broken up. They have received my bottle but I haven't received any refunds yet.
