I am a former employee of Ibanc Investments, now known as ICapital Banc, owned by Thomas H. Brooks and Alyssa Hietman. These two dishonest people are running a scam on Milwaukee businesses as well as Milwaukee residents. I worked for Thomas for about a week, and through out the week nothing added up.
