I hired "tax masters" back in September of 2008 to file back tax returns and negotiate an offer.I talked to my "case coordinator" once in October, after that pretty much nothing, not returning phone calls or emails.After they got, "Their", I mean "MY" money which was 4, 150.00. It was over. I sent them their letter of Termination that they asked for, 3 mths latter they say their REVEIWING IT.i talked to someone today in collections at taxmasters, THEY SAID MY REQUEST FOR REFUND HAD BEEN DENIED!!
