HP laptop Model # EZ829AV Serial# CNF6490LLB Purchased/shipped 12/07/06 I have had many problems with my HP laptop. I have had the Harddrive replaced 3 times, the fan 2 times, I believe. It is unfortunate when problems started I did not start a file on this so I would have a detailed and accurate paper trail.
