I have fallen victim to this unscrupulous company as well. I first contacted the Federal Trade commission. Their advice, cancel my credit card. They also filed my complaint and said they were going to investigate this company. I have also contacted the Attorney Generals office and filed a complaint. I have contacted the BetterBusiness Bureau of Glendale California to complain of this companies unfair practice.
