I purchased a laptop and gave a specification and model number. My credit card was charged on 12/27. I did not receive the laptop for 10 days. The company refused to ship abroad even thought they say they do. I paid to have the laptop shipped to America where i was working. When the laptop arrived, i found that the user manual was missing, the invoices was missing, and most of all,

I am seeking information which points to loan gaming, forced placed insurance as a means for obtaining property through foreclosure, incentives for foreclosing, setting up escrow accounts for perpetrating fraud.
