We purchased a Kenmore 12-cup glass carafe coffeemaker on November 2, 2008, salescheck #012365516138 and the one-piece cover (lid) has already broke. I don't think it is repairable. We would either like to be reimbursed ($34.99 + tax $2.98) or replace this broken one with a new coffeemaker. Thank you. read full review »
