I opened an account at Woodforest Bank for convience. That was by far one of the worst mistakes I have ever made. My SS Disability check is deposited directly in to this account. Why would a gvoernment check be listed as"pending. Because of this my check is only $812.00, I was hit with over $500. in overdraft fees and charges. for someone that lives on a fixed income that is a very big blow. I do hope eventually some agency will step in and put a stop to this. read full review »
