I bought bluetooth mouse from Yesbuy.net on Feb 20, 2009. First of all they didn't send me any order processing details at all. Then I received 'microsoft' mouse in a polythene bag with only packing list in it. It had printed sheet stuck on front stating to download software go to microsoft site! Upon observation of mouse, it had multiple scratches on body, indicating an used item. I wrote them multiple times about it but they are not reacting.
