Got burned by Froobi as well. Bought refurbished 16 GB Sansa View that has no sound unless holding the headphone plug to one side. Tried to contact after less than a week (they have a 20 day return policy for refurb) on a Monday by email. Got no response. Wednesday of the same week, I filled out their "contact us" form on the website. No response. Called Thursday same week, only got voice mail. No response. I tried to call again Monday of the very next week. Guess what-- voice mail. Now I am out $80.00 that I could have put towards a new View.
