I won a $250.00 Free Gas Voucher. I paid $5.00 to sign-up. I have sent in my receipts for gas purchases at the Arco Station since October 2008 and I have NEVER RECEIVED A GIFT CARD and I was suppose to receive a $25.00 gift card for each month of $100.00 worth of receipts I sent them. THIS IS A FRAUD!!! Their 1-800-514-0366 phone number is NOW DISCONNECTED. I contacted the Attorney General's Office in Florida for their help. Does anyone have a 'working' phone number???
