Ordered online, never received a confirmation Email. Started receiving product and didn't realize $69.87 would be deducted from credit card monthly. Product didn't work. Sent certified letter as there was no phone number listed on canister. Certified letter was received but still charged my account. I called and stayed online for awhile. Representative stated that although my account had been canceled, "she" still kept in in pending and that's why my credit card had been billed again.
