I responded to an online ad to "Get government grants". That site sent me to "Video Professor" that told me my charges would be a total of $2.00(two) My credit card was charged the $2.00 AND a charge of $39.95 for the "free" Grantsite report. I was never informed nor was I aware there would be this charge. The sum of $39.95 appeared NOWHERE in the online ad or in the Video Professor explanation.
