I am writing to let you know about my experience in ordering and having AT&T Uverse installed at my residence. Please read below, I give details regarding my experience, my horrible experience. Sales person, LaDonna (do not know last name) came by our house, sold us on the idea. I spoke with her and requested pricing on a certain package.
