I ma having trouble getting Sears to deliver my washer and dryer I purchased in Nov 2008. No one there will help me I have called, went back to location. All they say is they are sorry. Something needs to be done. I feel it is a scam to get us to purchase a more expensive product. NEED HELP!! read full review »
