we went to sonic and ordered breakfast and asked that no peppers especially wouldn't be put on breakfast burrito.
we called and they just didn't care and either did corporate. it wouldn't have bothered us but the lack of customer service from management showed customers are not important to sonic. read full review »
Sprint
a few months ago we upgraded our phones at the fairview heights sprint office on frey lane. we also ordered a car charger in which we have never received. we stopped by a few times, called and emailed with no success. they sure want their payments but getting what we ordered and paid for is impossible. read full review »
