Ordered a Canon EF 55-200mm II lens from one of their Ebay auctions on Saturday. After realizing this was not the image stabalized version I sent an Email Sunday requesting the order be canceled before it shipped since they were not working the weekend. I get an Email Monday telling me it was too late to cancel the order. They told me that they had 250 orders to fill that morning and sent mine in before they read my Sunday Email requesting the cancellation and once it was sent in it could not be stopped??
