My first order after opening my account with HIDEFDVD was shipped to the wrong address. It was sent to my billing address not the address i put in the shipping profile. They told me it was my fault and i would have to pay for any extra shipping. They did not ask if i wanted it shipped to my billing address. Most companies ask you on the shipping information page if you want it shipped to your billing address and then you provide them with the shipping address.
