Ugh. What a horrible way to run a business. I ordered many parts from them including 3 hard drives. When my shipment got here I only had 2. Called them up, they told me they were on it, and they would call me back. OK, a week later not hearing anything from them I called back. "There on it" they say, so i ask to speak to the manager. In broken Chinese English I can make out something, not sure, but I think I am reassured that there on it again, & as to be expected that they will call back.
