On Aug 25th of 2008 I faxed an Affidavit of Non-Endorsement of a check issued to me by CitiMortgage. The check issued to me by them was never endorsed by me but was endorsed by a Contracter who deposited it in his account at Bank of America. I am out this money and can not seem to get any result from anyone at CitiMortgage or the Bank of America since then. read full review »
