Well, i bought i stick of samsung pc3200 256mb ram from them and the ram will not do as advertise. so i email them about the return policy and took them around 5 days to respond. in the response, they tell me to respond back w/ an invoice number so i did, and in 1 week they did not respond back. so i email them again w/ the invoice number and they respond back to me w/ a fedex tracking number. so i email them back telling them about the return policy and they have not yet reply. andee edit(02/20/03): they have yet to respond back... read full review »
