I ordered a refurbished Primera Bravo II DVD Duplicator/Printer from this company on January 30. Prior to ordering, I had confirmed vebally they had a unit in stock. My credit card was charged on February 1. On February 3 I received an email stating the credit card address/phone could not be verified. I called them and got that straightened out. Then on February 5 I received an email stating they needed authorization for additional shipping charges to Alaska (which is not unusual).
