Ordered a smart net contract from them, 2 weeks ago for an ASA 5505, and they say they they don't have it cause Cisco is backed up? Also this same 5505 they sold me as new turns is actualy USED? And since I just found out that it's really used while getting info from smartnet, it's over 30 days and they won't return it?
