This is a complaint I sent to Progress Energy in Florida on March 3, 2009 Today, my sister and I spent about an hour negotiating with a customer representative at Progress Energy trying to get assistance for my parents who reside in Eustis, Florida. In late December, my mother's husband had quadruple bypass surgery and my mother, for the third time, was admitted to the hospital with pneumonia and just released this past week to come home to no utility services.
