This is absolutely the worst company in the world! There are 1-2 hour over the phone waits! Absolutely no department to file complaints with. When you finally get a representative they give you another 800 number to call for your specific complaint, another 1-2 hour wait. The phones are trash and fall apart within days. Try to return them and the stores won't let you change them out EVEN if you are still under warranty. I got 6 phone lines w/this company and 3 of the phones literally fell apart.
