I tried to cash an Insurance Co. reimbursement check made out to me at my local Genuardi's food store. I entered my SS# as directed by the clerk, who had my Drivers License in front of her and she entered that info. She told me that she could not cash the check as Certegy, their check cashing agency said that my name and SS# did not match. She tried twice more after I gave her my SS card and Medicare Card which has my Social on it. Still refused because name and Number did not match.
