Hello, my name is Sheena Ruegamer. I spent 45 minutes on January 28, 2009 with several representatives trying to get my service disconnected. I have been a customer since May of 2005. Last year my husband got a DVR (which we never used that function.) when he spoke with the representative to connect the new receiver, no one mentioned that he needed another 2 year contract.
