Scheduled my washing machine to be repaired by Sears after an independant repairman said that if he had to order a part for Kenmore that it takes him 5 weeks to get where Sears gets it overnighted. With that I set up my appointment with Sears from 1-5pm. At 4:30 the repairman calls to say he's just getting done and will get to my home close to 5.
