magic jack phone is horrible when a call comes in no one can hear you you cannot hear them when you try to make a call it doesnt ring in your ear at all it shoots you back to the dial tone soooo you cant receive calls you cant make calls sounds like great phone service to me oh and did i mention SOME PEOPLE CANT CALL ME AT ALL they get a phone disconnected message.
