Jacked interest rate from 3.99% to 19.24% for no reason except to, "Maintain profitability on my account". I pay way beyond the minimum and have never been late. Certified letters don't help but contacting the Comptrollers Office will. Go To Helpwithmybank.gov Press "Start Here" and begin at step 2.
