Wish I had read these reports before I stayed there recently (Dec. 3-14, 2008). My experience is not nearly as bad as what I've read here. But I was very annoyed at waiting a 1/2 hour to get picked up at the airport to get my car. They did not tell me that their vans say EZ Way Four Points Sheraton. I knew I parked at a Crowne Plaza and on the Internet, they are listed as being with the Crowne Plaza. So I did not take the Sheraton van until the 3rd one passed.
