Would be interested to know if the people who are getting these packages have Capitol One Cards as I do and if they are unemployed and using the payment protection company for their payments. Trying to figure out how in the world they got my credit card number. I went on line and started checking out my credit cards since I have not been using them for months and sure enough, here were charges from this company and something called Web Access company, but the same amount.
