I paid at the pump with the visa prepay card from Wal-Mart. I received $10.00 worth of gas, my card was charged $35.00. I have talked both to the manager of the station and to the customer service of the visa card and each respectively blame the other for the mistake. This is 12/15/2008, they say it will take approx. until 12/20/2008 to correct this error. I have used charge cards for years and have never had anything like this happen. How could this have happened and why do I have to wait so long to get the re-embersement? read full review »
