Do not use this company! Unique Landscaping had nothing but excuses to offer after they tore up my lawn and planted bushes that promptly died. The contract I signed last September was for landscaping, rip up of front lawn and reseed, and a guarantee for one full year on all plants used. The lawn never got reseeded until November (well after season). I was left with nothing but dirt for two months. After 20 or more calls I finally got seed but what they used was all crab grass.
