I filed this with the BBB in Florida. Authorized Movers has lied. My dates were change by them, they did not notify that I would not be picked up on 3 August, nor did they call me to tell me that there was anyone coming all the way from Florida...that makes no sense when fuel prices were so high. The original driver didn't want to come down from North Texas, why would anyone drive from Florida? They may excel at local moves, but long distance contracting is not their game.
