They claim they did not receive my January or February payment. The bill due was for $148.32 on January 25th and February 25th. I mailed checks for $165.00 and they cashed both checks. On check cleared my bank on January 14th (11 days earlier) and the other on February 6 (19 days early). Not only are my payments for a larger amount than what is due but my payments are always way early.
